Shigar Fort, located in the Shigar Valley near Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, is a 17th-century fort-palace built by the Raja of Amacha Dynasty. Restored by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture, it now functions as a heritage museum and hotel. The fort exemplifies Balti-Tibetan architecture blended with Islamic and Kashmiri influences.
